Tennessee Poll: Trump Leads Biden by 23 Points, Blackburn Up 20 Points over Johnson

The research firm Fabrizio, Lee & Associates recently published results of its poll revealing how likely voters in Tennessee would vote in the 2024 presidential and senate race.

“Strong majorities of Tennessee voters choose the Republican candidate in both the Presidential and Senate ballots, showing that Tennessee continues to be a reliably Republican state,” the research firm said.

Regarding the 2024 presidential election, the poll shows former President Donald Trump with a 23-point lead (58 percent-35 percent) over incumbent President Joe Biden in a hypothetical head-to-head matchup in the Volunteer State.

Fifty-one percent of voters said they would “definitely” vote for Trump while 31 percent said they would “definitely” vote for Biden. Seven percent remain undecided.

As for the 2024 Senate race, U.S. incumbent Senator Marsha Blackburn (R-TN) leads Tennessee State Representative Gloria Johnson (D-Knoxville) by 20 points (56 percent-36 percent).

Forty-six percent of voters said they would “definitely” vote for Blackburn while 30 percent said they would “definitely” vote for Johnson. Eight percent remain undecided.

“While some on the left want the public to believe that Gloria Johnson is a threat to win the Senate seat, the reality is that Senator Blackburn leads her by a sizable 20-point margin…It would take a gargantuan effort from Johnson to even have a chance to knock off the popular incumbent,” the research firm added.

Yes, Every Kid

The firm polled 800 Tennessee voters who will likely vote in the 2024 general election from October 15 to October 18.

The Fabrizio, Lee & Associates poll comes days after the Beacon Center of Tennessee published results of its poll also revealing how registered Tennessee voters would vote in the 2024 presidential and senate races.

The Nashville-based think tank’s poll of 1,181 registered voters from October 5 to October 16 showed Trump leading Biden with a 31-point lead (61 percent-30 percent) in a head-to-head matchup and Blackburn leading both of her Democrat challengers – Johnson and Marquita Bradshaw – by 20 and 12 points, respectively.

Really wish the Republicans would primary Blackburn. She finally lost me completely with her recent resolution. While I agree with the spirit of the resolution to a large degree, it was blatantly against the first amendment. Thankfully, it was just a Resolution and not an attempt at a Law.

Wish we had a better senate candidate then Blackburn but no way on earth one should vote for the Johnson. She just needs to crawl back under her rock.
